Delivery Terms Izigourmet delivery team will deliver your order within the selected day and time as selected by you when placing an order. We will accommodate special delivery requests within reason to ensure your order gets to you in the best condition. Upon failure to make delivery, we will attempt to contact you to make an alternative arrangement. Should we not be able to reach you, your order will be returned to our freezers and we will attempt delivery the following day. An additional delivery fee may be payable. We reserve the right to change the time of delivery at any stage, and will not be held liable for any deliveries that are late or are not delivered on the agreed day. Delivery Costs Delivery Fee Cape Town - we deliver within a 10km radius of our Mowbray store. Orders over R350 are FREE delivery. Orders under R350 carry a R45 delivery fee. Delivery Fee Johannesburg - we deliver within a 20km radius of Morningside. Orders over R550 are FREE delivery. Orders under R350 carry a R65 delivery fee. We reserve the right to increase delivery costs as operationally required.
