OUR MISSION

Frozen is the new fresh! We source you the best range of frozen meals, desserts, side dishes and all that’s gourmet! With a fully Halaal menu, we take pride in our base of reputable suppliers who offer us the freshest ingredients, the best quality products and a diverse range of tastes. All our products are frozen fresh to ensure that they do not lose any nutritional value right up to the moment you're ready to eat. By freezing in the goodness we hit natures pause button.

Established in March 2020, Izigourmet Foods Pty Ltd is a proudly South African business which is 100% blacked owned and managed. At the helm of our operations are Niezaam Davids CA (SA), a serial entrepreneur with more than 10 years of experience in the food sector and an ex Tiger Brands Limited executive. Joining him is Praveen Singh, a food technologist with over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing, product development as well as the sale and distribution of food products and an ex RCL Limited executive.

We have maintained a strong black female participation in management through our heads of operations in Cape Town and Johannesburg. Darawesha Davids heads up our Cape Town operations, with more than 20 years senior executive experience in operational and financial management. Rehana Davids heads up our Johannesburg operations and is our talented food stylist, with more than 10 years’ experience in the industry.

COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION - Management with their extensive network in the food industry can source a range of high quality products from a range of reputable Halaal food manufacturers and suppliers and bring convenience to your door. Izigourmet Foods Pty Ltd is committed to broaden participation of previously disadvantaged owned South African businesses in its supply chain. We value our relationships with our suppliers and are acutely aware of the need to afford previously disadvantaged Black South African owned suppliers an opportunity to be engaged with us.
